Returns & Exchanges

We want you to look as good as you feel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. If your fit isn't perfect, we will make it right with a full refund or seamless replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
